ABOUT CASEY BOATMAN

I am an airport business leader and communications professional with more than 13 years of experience in commercial and general aviation management, public relations and property management.As airports business manager for two general aviation airports in Santa Clara County, California, I oversee business operations at facilities that operate without federal grant funding. My work spans tenant relations, financial oversight, property management and strategic communications.I played a key role in launching a fully unleaded aviation fuel program, making Reid-Hillview Airport the first airport in the United States to sell 100-octane unleaded aviation fuel. At an urban airport with more than annual operations, I prioritize strong public engagement, modernized communications and a workplace culture that supports collaboration and morale even amid complex community challenges.Alongside my aviation career, I am the creator of Walking Foolio, a growing global travel series on YouTube that showcases cities and airports through immersive walking tours. The project combines storytelling, public-facing communication and digital strategy, and has recently experienced record growth in views, subscribers and watch time.This dual focus on aviation leadership and digital media strengthens my ability to connect with diverse audiences, communicate complex topics clearly and represent airports as welcoming, community-centered spaces.I hold a degree in public relations with a minor in aviation management from Metropolitan State University of Denver and am a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives. I serve on industry committees focused on academic relations and general aviation and remain committed to advancing both aviation operations and modern public engagement.
