ABOUT CASEY DUONG
Challenge and Creativity. These are two words that I value when it comes to work. I have always found different ways to express my creativity whether it be running my own YouTube channel or experimenting with makeup. Because of this, I knew marketing would be a perfect major for me. My passions led me to join ICAN at IU as a design chair for their marketing committee, where I create different flyers for the events they host. Along with creativity, I value challenge. Coming to Kelley, I wasn\'t exactly sure if I would be good at anything since I had decided to major in business last minute after years of being set on journalism. However, after taking a required Computers in Business course that was known to be challenging, I realized this is what I excel at and am passionate about (pun intended). The content in the class was challenging in an exhilarating way and it helped me realize I wanted to pursue a second major of Business Analytics. If I had never attended IU I would\'ve never realized my strengths so I am thankful for the opportunity. Being a woman in business, I realize that I have the same opportunities as anyone in the business world and it\'s vital for me to take them. I am excited to continue expanding my knowledge and learning something new every single day while incorporating creativity into everything I do and taking on challenges like a pro.
