In my role as a Associate producer at Black and White Media I work develop projects. I work with my team tohire and manage key team members, including writers, directors, managers, talent, heads of department, key crew, staff, and other personnel.I work to develop budgets, and secure funds for the project.I oversee the project from Ideation to Completion and ensure it stays within budget.My team and I build a schedule using production management software to set the production schedule.I am involved with all of the ins and outs of the project including post-production from editing, through music selection.We love story telling and using our experience to help our clients share their story with the world.
