After 20 years in the U.S. Navy Submarine Service, I put my proven skills to work as a Reliability Centered Maintenance Planner and elevated to Production Reliability Manager at Graphic Packaging International. Success paved the way to exceeding goals as Robotics Facilities Manager for Amazon. A unique approach to hiring that became instrumental in the success of Amazon was showcased as HR Manager, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement. Currently I serve as Senior Manager, Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) at Amazon.My resume has measurable examples of my strong leadership, ability to innovate, team build, talent development, process improvement and each key attribute desired in a Director that can be an organizational difference-maker.I am convinced active planning must replace strategic planning and top-down planning needs to give way to company-wide planning that’s comprehensive, continuous, and collaborative.
