As the Talent Acquisition Specialist I work with experienced hires and interns to complete interview processes with hiring managers in the service line that they had applied for. This includes phone screens, setting up next step interviews, getting feedback and moving candidates along in the process. Once interviews are complete I walk them through the offer process up until they need to complete first day tasks in our HRIS system. With our internship side, I attend campus career fairs, help coordinate high school programs in our major offices, and more.
