Our first, SecureDocs data room, is used by companies all over the world to protect their proprietary information for the long term and during transactions. Many billions of dollars worth of deals have been completed on SecureDocs since its launch several years ago. Our second product offering, ContractWorks, is a document management platform focused on cost containment, revenue acceleration, and risk mitigation for companies of all sizes.
