As an Production Manager, Casey Ringeisen offers a full length of experience in coordinating and leading various sized proposals. Currently managing a team of 7 in the production/proposal coordination role. She has engaged in over 12 years of administrative support and high level coordinator duties, with ten years as a proposal professional, and 400+ proposals ran. As a lead coordinator for proposals, she experienced multiple scenarios in the proposal environment, which include the following: supports multiple proposals and task orders at a time; leads efforts sized from $5M to $500M bids; leads, supports, and produces proposals with quick turn-around time; and coordinated and worked as a liaison with single and multiple subcontractors at a time. Other experience includes; desktop publishing; writing; and editing. She administrated a Proposal SharePoint site. This site “homes” all proposal development documents; proposal spaces; repository; bids submitted; and pipeline tracker. She also managed corporate cards, proposal room facilities, pipeline reporting, supply ordering, consultant onboarding/invoice processing,and charge code management. Ms. Ringeisen is trained and experienced in multiple federal and government agencies such as DoD, Army, DoS, DHS, Navy, USAID and DISA, to name a few. And now supporting the Public Sector with State & Local government bids. She offers high level administrative support; and management skills; as well as a customer relations background. Her corporate cross functional skills have also come to a full advantage, specially working within a fully functional Business Development environment.
