This transitioned from my prior role and dove in depth into specific areas in which more attention was needed at the time. My main focus at the start was assisting the MEP Engineer with supervising the daily processes of the MEP trades onsite and coordinating between them. Eventually the oversight of more subcontractors/trades were added on which included our 30-person labor team (Construction Force), the hoist subcontractor (NY Hoist), and later the elevator subcontractor as well (Schindler Elevator). Most recently, I was placed on the small team piloting the completion of the two-part Lobby in the same building that showcases a custom water feature, interior/exterior fireplace, 18ft ceilings, and high-end finishes.
