My professional journey:I am an extremely passionate, high-energy and data-driven HR & Talent professional with approximately 20 years of experience. I have a unique, well-rounded career journey filled with an array of lateral and upward career progression, having started in Healthcare Management, shifting to Retail, FinTech, and now launching my own company where we serve many industries. As a leader and partner, I genuinely believe there is nothing that I, or others around me, cannot accomplish. I have a record of highly engaged and high-performing teams. The ever-evolving needs of an organization\'s workforce ecosystem and how that impacts a company\'s bottom line and business goals keep me insanely curious. While I’m an HR Business Partner at heart, I find that many of those consultative skills are very transferable across all interactions.
