   Provides direction and guidance to Athletic Director’s office staff by overseeing and managing daily operations of the Athletic Director’s office administrative operations-Supervises administrative office staff for Athletic Director’s office, administration, and Athletics Complex front desk support and providing assistance to senior administration as needed-Manages and maintains the schedule of the Executive Deputy AD, including coordinating meetings, speaking engagements, athletic events, and special events. Responsible for making travel arrangements and collaborating in coordination of the AD and Executive Deputy AD-Prepares all administrative and coaching contracts for athletics, including tracking on contract renewals, deadlines, and new hires while collaborating with the Executive Deputy AD, Office of the General Counsel, and Athletics Human Resources on editing contracts, approval, initiating contracts, tracking on completion, and keeping files up to date-Oversees Athletic Director’s office administrative operations budget. Prepares financial reports of monthly transactions and provides records in preparation of quarterly reports. Responsible for tracking, preparing, monitoring, maintaining and developing reports in regards to the budget for the Athletic Director’s office-Prepares and ensures execution of reimbursements for the Athletic Director, Executive Deputy AD, Chief of Staff, and administrative office staff; oversees use of purchasing cards and reconciliation; payment of invoices-Oversees and ensures the successful planning and execution of travel logistics, serves as point of contact for communication, and handles preparation of mailings, securing gifts, and planning food and hospitality for Visiting Team Administration for home athletic events-Serves as sport administrator for Auburn Softball program-Led 2024 softball head coaching search
