   I joined Springboard Wine Company in 2016 as a Territory Account Manager and hit the ground running—earning Rookie of the Year in my first year and growing a $400K territory into a record-breaking $2 million annually across 80+ accounts. Today, I serve as the Key Accounts Manager for the State of California, overseeing over 200 active accounts statewide and leading sales performance for the past four consecutive years.With an average of 35 new accounts opened annually, I’ve built a reputation for delivering consistent growth, deep account relationships, and innovative solutions that keep our portfolio thriving in an ever-evolving market. I also take pride in training and mentoring reps across California, helping to elevate performance across the team.I work closely with wineries from the West Coast to Europe—representing producers from France, Germany, Spain, Greece, and beyond. Whether it’s developing a new pitch strategy, identifying untapped market potential, or helping a winemaker tell their story, I wake up every morning excited to push boundaries and overdeliver for the wines I represent.
