Highlights of my career include- Led PODO through pandemic and gained profitability despite sweeping changes through careful financial management and decision making- Successfully migrated on-premises data centers to the cloud- Led several teams including data engineers, integration engineers, ERP developers and multiple business units (Finance & Supply Chain, IT) to develop a solution to aggregate over 200 Amazon store financials into a seamless daily integration capable of automatic reconciliation. The result of this project going live was improving the monthly financial close process from 45 days to 10 days as well as revenue recognition to same day the data was provided by Amazon. The key to my success is empowering people through IT education. Whether training IT teams on basic DevOps, pitching an IT overhaul to CEOs, or helping end users operate an app, I provide simple explanations of how systems work.
