   Accountable for day-to-day strategic operations within recruiting and sales. Responsible for helping to create relationships and expand business. Manage our strategic accounts recruitment team and recruiting processes to help improve productivity and build relationships between AMs, recruiters, and clients. • Act as technical consultant for recruitment and sales teams where appropriate as SME for both client specific technologies and processes • Assist recruiters with day-to-day questions on requisitions, sourcing, negotiating, and closing. • Develop and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates by using internal database, various Internet sites, schools, job fairs, outplacement firms and other methods as needed to fill requisitions • Provide training and support on client processes and procedures. • Attend client meetings with recruiters and AMs to provide knowledge and support. • Assist in hiring, counseling, and terminations of staff in conjunction with upper management • Conduct analysis to identify current gaps in process and implement strategic solutions across the account • Partner with Director of National Accounts to expand business strategically within the Account • Responsible for account KPI’s/scorecard metrics in partnership with Director of National Accounts • Join high level Client/Account meetings (supply chain, high level client managers etc.) • Assist in offshore strategy for build out of offshore team with Offshore Lead/Manager • Managing and prioritizing incoming requisitions • Manage recruitment team including weekly activity reports • Review and approve bonus reports for recruitment team
