ABOUT CASEY N.
As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) at Blue Gems ABA, I provide evidence-based behavioral interventions to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I have experience working in-clinic and home based with clients ranging from 2 to 9 years old, implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with the supervising BCBA and other team members.I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a bachelor\'s degree in biology in August 2022. I obtained my RBT certification in April 2023, and I also hold Basic Life Support (BLS) and Safety care certifications. I have been working in the ABA field since November 2022, starting as a Registered Behavioral Health Technician at Sunrise ABA and Autism. I am motivated by the positive impact that ABA can have on the lives of children and their families, and I aspire to pursue a career as a BCBA. I have developed core competencies in teamwork, patient safety, and data analysis, and I am eager to learn and grow in this field.
