I have 15 years of experience in the security industry, with a background that spans hands-on technical work through enterprise and global program leadership. Over that time, I’ve worked across the full lifecycle of complex security programs, with a focus on people leadership, account development, and practical project and program execution.I currently serve as Executive Director of Global Accounts & Sales Operations at Convergint, where I lead the North American Global Account sales team and support ownership of our most strategic, multi-region customers. My role sits at the intersection of global account strategy and sales execution; helping align how we sell with how we operate and deliver at scale.In addition, I work closely with Sales Operations leadership and lead select functions that support the Lead-to-Order process, including elements of forecasting, pipeline management, and sales execution enablement. My focus is on clear ownership, strong cross-functional partnerships, and building scalable sustainable structures that work in practice; for both sellers and customers.
