About Casey Morsell
Real Estate Broker with experience across commercial leasing, asset management, acquisitions, and client-focused brokerage services. My career in real estate began during college, where I gained hands-on experience through an internship that sparked my long-term interest in the industry. Since then, I’ve worked with both tenants and investors to facilitate leasing, assist with property purchases, and support the advancement of various real estate projects, always with an emphasis on client satisfaction and long-term value.Before starting my real estate career, I graduated from NC State University with a bachelor\'s degree in Political Science. As a student-athlete, I was fortunate to play a role in NC State Basketball\'s historic 2024 ACC Championship and Final Four run. I stay connected to the game by serving as a college basketball analyst and running a well-regarded youth basketball camp in the Raleigh area. Outside of work, I’m actively involved with the ULI-Triangle Young Leaders Group, Journey League, and the Raleigh Boys and Girls Club.
