Laser focused on simplification, building strategic partnerships, and driving productivity and profitability in order to maximize the potential of this subdivision. September 2019 - August 2022 Responsible for the Shelving, Plastic Storage, Closet and Laundry Accessories, and Decor Shelving business portfolios. Curated highly successful Winter Storage events from 20••••21, delivering significant YoY growth. Developed and launched the Kobalt Steel Shelving and Plastic Storage lines, as well as Craftsman storage programs in both Plastic Storage and Resin Shelving, thus driving consistent coordination across Garage Organization, Tools and Tool Storage. Also launched the brand new heavy duty Project Source clear Plastic Storage program; Lowe’s was first to launch a clear, heavy duty clear line, which left the competition scrambling to copy. These product lines are exclusive to Lowe’s and are differentiators in the market with regard to quality, functionality, innovation and branding - thus driving more value to Lowe’s customers, both existing and new, as well as consistent double-digit comps YoY for 4+ years. The Plastic Storage sales $ more than doubled in size while under my management.
