Swimming is an essential life skill.The International Swimming Hall of Fame believes that swimming is an essential life skill. Swim education should be assessable to everyone. Through the Every Child A Swimmer (ECAS) program, funding is provided to swim schools to serve the low-income families throughout their community and advocate for life saving legislation.Every child in the world should be educated and trained in water safety. Swimming is the only sport that has the potential to safe your life.We Believe That We Can Change the World Together.
