About Casey Lilley

I serve as the Business Operations Manager for HOLT Renewables. I am responsible for overseeing project activities to include contract management, company finances, project compliance, all project documentation, and leading our construction proposal department. I began my career as a commercial construction superintendent building tenant improvement projects and ground-up projects all over the Austin, Texas area. After joining the HOLT team I worked as a traveling construction superintendent and have completed multiple ground-up steel PV canopies and roof-top PV installations. My comprehensive construction management knowledge and ability to provide a customer-focused approach to troubleshooting, allowed me to advance into a project manager position, where I led implementation processes promoting efficiency and organization. This combined experience ultimately leading to my current role. I manage customer expectations by delivering superior levels of service, resolving problems and showing initiative to ensure a project’s success.
