About Casey Lencioni

I am a driven and sociable senior at Auburn University pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing. I am passionate about reaching out and developing relationships with others, and I find joy in creating designs and coming up with new ideas and content to share with those who will appreciate it. I have experience in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, Powerpoint, and a variety of platforms that deal with placing and shipping customer orders. I love meeting and learning about new people, and I find myself turning initially short phone calls, zoom meetings, and in-person interactions into hour-long conversations. I believe understanding and showing interest in others to be key in strengthening strong work and personal relationships. I also value expressing creativity in both work and conversation. From my first job as a bellman back home in California, then later working in Auburn selling and designing T-shirts for different organizations, and most recently receiving my Working Genius Certification, I\'ve found that being genuine and staying true to myself has a direct correlation to customer and employee satisfaction. These interpersonal skills are also why I thrive in a team environment. Ever since middle school I\'ve naturally strived to be in leadership positions on sports teams and group school projects, helping those around me to achieve a collective goal. This combination of teamwork, interpersonal, and leadership skills has heavily contributed to my success and thorough enjoyment in any work I do. This is also why I have had such a great experience at Auburn. In an environment where people outwardly express care and sincerity to each other without judgment, I have never had an easier time fitting in with the right people, sharing my work with others, and striving to be my best self to help and lead my peers.
