I received my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee, and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at East Tennessee State University. I earned my board certified clinical specialty in neurology (NCS) in 2014. I currently practice as a research physical therapist at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, GA where I coordinate pharmaceutical and device studies, complete advanced research assessments, and organize startup of new research projects. I enjoy volunteering for my professional organization, the Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy (ANPT), and have been the Chair of the Spinal Cord Injury Special Interest Group since 2020.
