Currently, I am the North America Early Career Recruiting Lead for Protiviti, based in its Houston, Texas office, and have been with the organization since 2007. My role includes developing and executing the early career recruiting strategy across all North America offices, including the U.S. Intern Experience, Canadian Co-op Experience, our Discover Protiviti early identification program, entry-level foundation consulting positions, and working with our early career recruiting teams on their own personal career development. I enjoy seeing a graduate find a career path that excites them; and am actively looking to hire our organizations future leaders, and be along for those individuals career journey!Over the course of my career at Protiviti, I have been provided numerous opportunities throughout our Operations Team. To name a few of my favorites, I have spent time in Human Resources, developing orientation content and processes, participating in developing employee performance reviews, recruiting branding content creation, serving on the Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee, implementing and testing software enhancements to recruiting, building analysis to enhance internal experiences with looking at data, and of course my main love of Early Career Recruiting. I enjoy innovating, collaborating, and leading even in the unknown.
