In 2016, I saw an opportunity to launch South End Partners, a firm that could truly partner with companies across all sectors and help them plan and execute their talent strategies. I spent nearly 20 years in corporate sales and operations in Canada and the U.S, successfully building numerous greenfield businesses, developing high-performing teams and advising numerous highly distressed businesses leading to their turnarounds. I learned very quickly that there was always a direct correlation between hiring the right people and business success.This is where my passion for helping companies hire more effectively began.Our goal is to provide critical insights that allow our partners to better understand what makes people tick and ask more insightful questions. Using our proprietary, industry-leading behavioural assessment tools we identify leaders who deliver results and are aligned with our client’s values.Today, South End Partners is one of the premier boutique firms in North America, partnering with clients of all sizes, from emerging start-ups to established global brands. We are experts in recruitment and people. We are also business leaders who understand the industry and market trends.I am passionate about this industry and I devote my time to mentoring new graduates and providing career guidance and support, to help them become the leaders of tomorrow. I am also a regular thought contributor at speaking engagements and events across Canada, as well as a contributor to numerous books and articles.
