No Resistance is a decentralized integrated clinical trial site network purpose-built for in vitro diagnostic (IVD), lab-developed tests (LDTs), point-of-care (POC), and OTC device studies—delivering real-world execution, rapid enrollment, and high-quality data.
We operate a geographically and demographically diverse network of 30+ clinical sites across the United States, spanning urgent care centers, STI/wellness clinics, and multi-provider specialty practices including OB/GYN, gastroenterology, urology, and neurology. Our model is designed to meet sponsors where diagnostics are actually used. By embedding trials directly into high-volume clinical environments, we provide access to targeted and symptomatic patient populations—particularly in areas such as sexually transmitted infections, women’s health, infectious diseases, and early cancer detection, where screening and diagnostic workflows are closely tied to real-world clinical encounters.
Our diversified site footprint—especially across GI, OB/GYN, and urology practices—makes our network uniquely well-suited for early cancer detection and screening studies, enabling sponsors to evaluate tests in the patient populations and care pathways where early disease identification matters most.
