About Casey Glanzer
Graduate of Ole Miss, where I got my MBA and was Captain of the dance team (Rebelettes) and then Head Coach - my first dream job! I was blessed to be hired from grad school by Eli Lilly & Co, where I have been driving towards our people focused mission for the last 18 years. I sold daily injectables for nine years and realize I still love sales. My second dream job was being the internal trainer at our corporate office. My best memories are of seeing the faces of my friends and colleagues on a daily basis in the halls of our open floor plan. I miss those faces. I landed my third dream job as District Sales Manager in Birmingham, AL, where it all started. Thirteen products, 13 supervisors, 12 teams, 9 roles, 7 disease states, 4 states, and 3 CEOs later I am still learning and growing and working to make a difference for our people, and always for patients. My strengths are connecting, curiosity, and impact. When you put people first, the rest falls into place. I bring it all - mom, coach, faith - to work, and have a passion for DEI.
