I am the Director of Marketing for the Sharko|Weisenbeck|Mendoza Group. Our team is a small business integrated within a publicly traded corporation, Marcus & Millichap, the largest national commercial real estate brokerage firm that specializes in real estate investment services.Our team creates targeted marketing materials for our clients, as well as promotional pieces for the agents. We are progressive with technology to meet the needs of our clients and the ever-changing market.Since starting at Marcus & Millichap, I have implemented various marketing tracking methods, transformed the Sharko|Weisenbeck|Mendoza brand, and played a major role in the design of background is multifaceted; the more you know and understand, the more adept you are to succeed. I have a wealth of knowledge ranging from graphic design, marketing, management, information technology, and financial planning. I am proficient in the use of design programs, office software, and various website tools (i.e, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Microsoft Office programs, Salesforce/Apto, Landvision, Costar/Loopnet, Crexi, Google Analytics, Wordpress, and Constant Contact).
