ABOUT CASEY FORSTER

An experienced corporate Executive Assistant and leadership team member with proven experience working for senior level individuals. Experience consists of 10 years in corporates business, 15 years working within admin roles supporting Managing Directors in smaller companies across the construction industry, 5 years in the finance industry FTSE 250 company working with Leadership Teams, senior Directors and Executives. An individual who is an amazing organiser, great collaborator and has transferrable skills is receptive to opportunities in all sectors. A valued member of leadership teams, positive, diligent, very proactive and efficient individual with expert secretarial and administrative skills, not afraid to step outside of comfort zone. Highly motivated with a good working attitude and desire achieve business objectives. A natural ability to self-manage and multitask in a busy and fast paced environment and find swift effective resolutions to problems. Support given to Executives, Directors and represents with a professional approach and corporate manner. Strong skills in board coordination, and confident and reliable when working with the leadership hierarchy. Due to personal interests, I am also a fully qualified and insured hypnotherapist, specialising in stress relief and relaxation programmes. Studied the human mind and behaviours for over 15 years, which I continue to find fascinating. Observing corporate workplace stress over the last 8 years and seen how this impacts a business. Teaching people to learn there is a choice about how they deal with stress and to thrive in their roles, careers, and personal lives. Helping people to effortlessly relieve stress, feel mentally and physically well, release fears and trauma, be confident, fully motivated and productive and feel enjoyment and happiness in everything they do.
