Oversee day-to-day operations for TruFinity’s residential service and install divisions, ensuring the company runs efficiently, profitably, and with consistent execution. Lead cross-department workflow, scheduling, accountability, and performance while supporting strategic growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily operations across Service, Install, Call Center, and Warehouse to ensure smooth job flow from booking to completion.• Oversee the Install Coordinator, Call Center Manager/CSR team, and warehouse functions; work closely with the Service Manager on technician performance and KPIs.• Lead weekly operations meetings, review scorecards, assign priorities, and ensure timely follow-through.• Strengthen SOPs and operational processes within ServiceTitan and supporting systems to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.• Monitor operational KPIs including booking rate, revenue per tech hour, GP%, callback rate, job readiness, and customer satisfaction.• Partner with Finance and leadership to review job costing and monthly P&L impacts, taking corrective action when needed.• Maintain inventory control, fleet readiness, and warehouse organization to support field operations.• Continue guiding high-level marketing strategy (Google Ads, LSA, SEO, campaigns) to support operational and revenue goals.
