About Casey Crouse

For nearly 20 years, I have been committed to empowering the next generation of Hoosiers by addressing critical issues through innovation, collaboration, and purpose-driven action. I co-founded New Shoe Day because I believe every child deserves to walk, run, and play without limits. What began as a grassroots effort has grown into a statewide movement. We have distributed over new pairs of shoes to youth in need, with more than 85 percent delivered in Marion County alone. Now we are scaling into Indiana’s first Shoe Bank, building the infrastructure to serve communities at high volume year round and eliminate shoe insecurity across all demographics. I also serve on the Board of Governors for Riley Children’s Foundation and Co-Chair the Strategic Planning Committee. My experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and strategy helps me build strong teams, drive impact, and create sustainable solutions to Indiana’s most pressing challenges.
