My career began solving mechanical and agricultural problems on the sales floor of a hardware retailer. That\'s where I discovered my passion for learning about people\'s challenges to overcome them as their partner. I also learned the joy of leading a team in those early days. From there I progressed through technical roles as an automotive and heavy equipment technician until I found my way back to my original passion for sales.
