SIPOC, Servant-Leader, Agile, Scrum, SAFe (one-week sprints), business process reengineering. • Digital Transformation, PM: With Law Dept, Legal Ops, SAP Team, IT: We automated Matter Management, e Billing, in a 4-year SaaS project. Now developing reports with attorneys/VPs/GCs for the Board of Directors. TRANSFORMATION: Vendor Data Entry and Self-Service. Harmonized data/reports. • Digital Transformation, ADKAR, Architect: Given a manual process from KPMG: I talked to our VP. Made her Aware of Risks and TCO. Built a POC. Got her Desire to change. Provided Knowledge of alternatives and the Ability to change. Designed/built an automated system. Used six 2 week Sprints. Trained and got User Acceptance. Bonded with her team to Reinforce success. TRANSFORMATION: Used Agile for new projects. • We saved $1.3 million: Asked to review a contract technically, I suggested commercial changes to Procurement. • IT Business Partner: Saw a Karpman Drama Triangle. Initiated/drove a Request Tracker, TA. Clarified objectives/ results. Morphed to a Service Management, then a Project Management system.
