With over 35 years of industry experience, I’ve been enriched by each position held to learn the staffing business from the ground up. Consistently achieving ambitious business goals, I’m described as optimistic, tenacious, intensely goal oriented and thrive on a challenge. I excel in building high functioning teams with a dedication to operational excellence. As a leader, I strive to instill a deep sense of loyalty and nurture raw talent into the next generation of leaders. Strong communication skills have been an asset in leading company operations, cultivating top client relationships and as the liaison to guide complex engagement both internally and externally. I believe that gratitude is a cornerstone to happiness. I strive to live my best life which includes; service, mentoring and adventure. As an owner and executive of HotelPro, I feel lucky to live my passions on daily basis. Outside of my career, I’m a mom of an amazing daughter who keeps me young, a Girl Scout troop leader helping girls grow with courage confidence and character and a travel enthusiast with a “go bag” always ready for the next experience.
