As Senior Recruiter I am responsible for leading all recruitment efforts for both staff and Physician / Provider recruitment. My job duties include but are not limited to strategic candidate sourcing, marketing, community relationships, coaching / guiding other recruiters, maintaining vendor relationships, compensation analysis, as well as partnering with managers and Senior Leadership on hard to fill positions. I am also the point of contact for all Provider and Facility Credentialing, ensuring all licenses, hosptial privileges and insurance enrollments are up-to-date.
