With over 15 years of experience in the education and non-profit sectors, I am a passionate and strategic leader who strives to create positive change and meaningful impact in the world. I currently serve as the Managing Director of Alumni Leadership at Teach For America, where I lead a team that supports the professional growth and collective impact of more than alumni, with a focus on the education leaders in the network. In my role, I leverage my strengths in strategic planning, people leadership, and partnership cultivation to develop and deliver a suite of products and services that expand opportunities for students and communities. I have successfully piloted a fellowship for aspiring school leaders of color, established partnerships with prestigious university programs and local organizations, and tested and scaled innovative solutions that align with our organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
