I lead a creative and dynamic legal team supporting Gilead’s complex corporate development transactions, including collaborations, licensing, investments and M&A. We provide legal support from initial diligence through integration and in connection with the ongoing management of our alliances. I work closely with our corporate development team and other business partners to brainstorm and implement creative solutions to support Gilead’s position as a partner of choice in the biopharma industry. I love the challenge of finding the path forward in thorny negotiations, and I am currently very interested in how AI will shape transactional legal practice over the next 1,3 and 5 years. I value collaborative relationships with legal and business partners, and I’m always game to discuss nerdy M&A or licensing issues in the industry news!
