ABOUT CARYN LINGLEY ALBERINI
I am a seasoned professional in the mental health field. I specialize in substance abuse, trauma, major mental illness, eating disorders, OCD, terminal/chronic illness, and chronic pain. I’m certified in Neuroscience and how it relates to psychotherapy, resilience and trauma, as well as in adult and childhood trauma. I earned my LADC in 2006. I use and have been trained in many modalities including; CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Narrative, and Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, E-CBT, ERP. I also use many trauma informed modalities such as, the Three Stage Model, STAIR Narrative, Seeking Safety. I have been working in the field for 17 years. I obtained my MSW from Boston College. I am currently working as a Juvenile Clinical Director for Eliot Human Services and the Department of Youth Services.
