I advise clients in commercial litigation and complex tort matters with a particular focus on aviation, product liability, commercial disputes, and major loss matters. I represent businesses, public entities, individuals, and non-profits at trial and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings throughout the Pacific Northwest and the state of Alaska. I have tried cases to verdict in federal court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington and in state courts in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska.
