I am a partner in the Intellectual Property group. My practice focuses on patent litigation, due diligence, patent prosecution, and IP counseling for life sciences and specialty chemicals companies.I serve as trial counsel, including lead trial counsel, in numerous patent infringement lawsuits pending in the U.S. federal courts and I have argued appeals before the Federal Circuit. I have significant experience in proceedings before the UPSTO including interference and post-grant (IPR) proceedings. I also have significant experience advising clients on freedom-to-operate, due diligence, licensing and prosecution issues.I have been recognized by Super Lawyers, Leading Lawyers, Crain\'s Chicago Business, IAM Patent LMG Life Sciences and Managing IP Magazine. I was featured in the August 2018 issue of Leading Lawyers Magazine. In September 2018 I was recognized by Crain\'s as one of Chicago\'s Notable Women Lawyers.
