About Cary Loyd

Hey! Want to get to know me better? I started my adult life in the restaurant and catering business. I enjoyed the people aspect the most. I transitioned to being a flight attendant in 1987. I took a real estate course by Donte Perrano about real estate investing which enabled me to buy my first rental property for 6k out of pocket. This process was fun for me and I got really intrigued by the world of real estate. From that point on, there was a voice in my head to get a license and help others. In 1991, I began working in North Carolina for a brokerage that direct mailed apartment complexes. We helped people buy their first homes which were very affordable with incentives at that time. Those who couldn’t afford, we helped them buy HUD homes or resales. I enjoyed working with the next generation to buy their first home. It was often the children of clients I have worked with before. I am motivated by seeing the joy in the eyes of my clients after a successful transaction. Eventually, I also mastered the art and science of selling homes for the highest price to cover both ends of the transactions. Today, I’m grateful to be helping upsizing families in Central PA to make moving easy. I am also building a team that I can pass along my knowledge to and help them be successful.
