In this role, I lead the reporting functions for large-scale capital projects and programs with very complex initiatives. Along with my core responsibilities, I serve as the technical lead for our reporting group, where I provide guidance and training to other analysts, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our reporting processes.Key responsibilities include: • Developing comprehensive cost reports and financial summaries using Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power Chart. • Leveraging Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), PeopleSoft, and Deltek Cobra to analyze data and generate detailed reports. • Supporting multi-year project planning, variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. • Leading the reporting efforts for multi-million-dollar capital projects, ensuring clear communication of financial performance and project status. • Improving reporting workflows and streamlining data processes to enhance accuracy and timeliness. • Training and mentoring reporting analysts, helping them grow their technical skills and proficiency with reporting tools.This role allows me to combine technical expertise with leadership in a fast-paced, complex project environment.
