I am a Proud Insurance Geek who took a detour into real estate for a few years; I came back to what I know best and continue to grow my insurance “chops”. My expansive portfolio of skill sets includes: • Fundamentals. With an MBA in Risk Management and Insurance, my CPCU designation, and extensive experience, I am the proud owner of a solid base of underwriting fundamentals. If I don’t know something, I research to figure it out.• Broad Experience. I’ve worked with a variety of insurance product lines: small business and middle market package, national accounts primary casualty, SE Cat (wind) property, and Excess & Surplus line package. I haven’t seen it all yet, but I’m working on it.• Relationship Builder. Insurance is a relationship driven business, and in my various roles I’ve cultivated strong working relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal stakeholders.• Service Oriented. I treat my clients the way I want to be treated; I answer phone calls, respond to emails, and work to maintain service standards to turn quotes on a timely basis.• Problem Solver. I also have operations and process engineering experience supporting various business groups in large insurance companies.
