Cary Seager serves as Regional Director of Health & Productivity at Gallagher. Cary partners with mid and large market clients to assess health and wellness needs and develop strategic, evidence-based wellness plans. These programs are designed to enhance employee engagement, drive meaningful behavior change, and deliver measurable results, ultimately reducing medical, prescription, and workers’ compensation claims while improving overall organizational wellbeing.Cary has over 20 years of employee benefit experience. Along with her personal passion for wellness, Cary is a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, Certified Wellness Coach, trained in Mental Health First Aid, facilitator for the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) and the Beat the Pack tobacco cessation program. She is a licensed life and health agent and a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU). Cary holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Findlay and a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Miami University, with a major in Finance.
