As a problem-solver at heart and true believer in the power of design, I am fortunate to serve as Director of Design Engagement at MPS, where I focus on elevating design culture, strategy, and process for the firm. This effort is in service to our core purpose of creating a meaningful and lasting impact for our clients and communities by addressing challenges through creative thinking. I am excited to support teams across our entire footprint in deepening this work through cross-pollination, research, continuous learning, and design innovation. In practice, I am most closely involved with our work in campus planning and in the design of long life public buildings in communities and on K-12 and college/university campuses.
