Business: As the P&L responsible senior manager at 3 environmental laboratories over a 25 year period developed high level understanding of the following skills:• Utilization of a limited set (5 to 7) business metrics specific to the industry and my business model to quickly and efficiently drive the business to annual targets.• Developed and implemented proforma business plans. • Utilization of Cost/Benefit analysis, ROI analysis, ergonomic studies and departmental capacity analysis to optimize business performance.• Ensured consistent and comparable responses with technical specifications in Requests for Bids/Proposals to allow rapid objective review and maximum probability of best vendor/equipment selection.At AMUSA designed and implemented a corporate wide Solid Waste Management Program.
