ABOUT CARTER TAPHORN
I began my journey in the insurance industry, starting with a customized training and development program that outlines insurance education and hands-on training. This program is called the 50/50 program, funneled through a partnership with Arlington/Roe and USLI. USLI launched this program to enhance their customer\'s ability to market insurance products to clients by providing financial support, as well as access to training, education and personal development for a new insurance person. I have graduated this 24-month training program and have started a new strategic role within Arlington/Roe as a Senior Business Development Associate. My role caters to our agency partners\' needs and assists in providing options when it is hard to find a solution in the insurance marketplace.
