Serving as Plant Controller in textiles, chemicals, construction and media and entertainment environments, I have led budgeting and forecasting, month‑end close, cost accounting, and working capital management while ensuring full compliance with GAAP and corporate policies.In each plant, I functioned as a key member of the site leadership team, providing real‑time insight on conversion costs, material usage, labor efficiency, and inventory to support daily decision‑making on throughput, yield, and cost‑reduction initiatives. This has included developing and managing annual operating plans, monitoring variances to standard, and leading continuous improvement efforts that aligned production performance with financial targets.My textile and chemical experience gives me a deep appreciation for process discipline, quality, and safety in complex manufacturing environments, while my media and entertainment background sharpened my ability to manage change, competing priorities, and fast‑moving commercial demands. Across all industries, I have built and led finance teams, coached non‑financial managers on cost drivers, and converted detailed plant data into clear recommendations that enhance margin, optimize capital spending, and protect assets.As a seasoned professional, I bring both maturity and inclusivity to the leadership table, modeling respect, transparency, and accountability for diverse teams on the shop floor and in the office.
