I believe that sound financial management is the backbone of a strong community. At PenAir Credit Union, I work as the Finance and Treasury Manager to help oversee our balance sheet and ensure our financial health is positioned for the future.I also bring a unique perspective from my service in the Army National Guard. As a Company Commander overseeing 100 personnel, I\'ve had the privilege of leading teams through significant challenges, including being activated for several hurricane response missions.Those experiences shaped me into a leader who prioritizes the mission and the people involved, ensuring everyone stays focused and supported when it matters most. I find that the same discipline required to manage a disaster response is exactly what\'s needed to navigate a complex financial landscape.I\'m always happy to connect with fellow finance professionals, veterans, or anyone interested in how leadership and finance intersect to build stronger communities.
