I have been a camp counselor for Congressional School\'s summer camp for 6 summers, where I started as a counselor-in-training and worked my way up to be a lead counselor- In this role, I supervise groups of 15-20 elementary & middle-school children through various camp activities while acting as a mentor who creates a positive and inclusive environment, helping each camper develop meaningful relationships and fun experiences.I have gained invaluable leadership experiences, which have helped me develop organizational skills, accountability, and the importance of leading with a positive attitude in the workspace.
