I\'m Carter Gross, my path to this point has been shaped by a series of impactful experiences that have molded me into the individual I am today. As a high school sophomore, I played a pivotal role in launching an F45 Training fitness studio in Scarsdale, NY, alongside my father. However, just two weeks after our grand opening, the unforeseen challenge of COVID-19 forced us to shut down operations. In response, I actively contributed by generating innovative ideas, such as developing online workout programs for our members, transitioning to an outdoor workout model, and actively participating in sales calls to drive revenue. Through these efforts, I assisted in helping transform our studio into one of the highest-performing F45 locations in the United States. I currently manage this location.
