Assisting in the technical support for enterprise systems to include troubleshooting, repair and recovery from system failures in accordance with standard operating procedures. Assisting with the development of documentation or augment existing system documentation when necessary. Performing routine operational tasks, verifying the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all resources, systems, and key processes. Reviewing system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs. Interacting with senior engineers to identify areas of improvement for operational efficiency. Accountable for delivering all assigned tasks and projects. Comply with Security, Incident Management and Change Management procedures and reporting practices. Establishing technical knowledge and capabilities through industry-related research and continue to develop improved understanding of PenFed systems and technologies Participating in 24x7 on-call rotation and providing support as needed.
